Sundaes

These are from last Saturday. Maggie assured me that ice cream would really help her cut feel better. So we had sundaes with all kinds of random toppings. :)

Charlie was happy to join in, too, of course!

Maggie's doing great now -- her stitches are out and her cuts are healing nicely. She's back to her usual, crazy self!

Stitches

Poor Maggie had her first trip to the ER last night. And honestly, I'm sort of surprised it took this long. She got a little carried away during our family dance party last night, and she fell off the couch and cracked her head on the brick fireplace. She ended up needing twelve stitches. Poor girl! She was a trooper, though. Today we went for donuts for breakfast, and she's getting to watch as many videos as she wants all day today (!!!), so she's actually in pretty good spirits.

Roper Mountain

Today we visited the Roper Mountain Science Center for their Fall Harvest Festival, where we got to try all kinds of fun things!

Happy Birthday to me!

I had a great birthday yesterday! I came downstairs to find this lovely "Happy birthday" heart banner that Maggie made (with some help from Patrick). I really love it!!! So sweet.

My mom took the day off work to celebrate my birthday with us, which was so nice! We went out for lunch and then headed to the Botanical Gardens for a walk. It had turned into a gorgeous day, and we had a great time.

Camp Meeting 2013

 Get ready for picture overload from Camp Meeting. :) We had a great time! Maggie loved being there on her birthday, and LOVED spending the night. Charlie loved the candy and the cake! And the candy store. And did I mention the candy?
